Look, another year went by...

On a day in Colorado when the temperature is just reaching ten degrees at mid-day, I ran across this video and was swept away by the West-Coast imagery and music.  I do try to appreciate what I can in this area that so many people love, but at times - oh, how I wish I could be back in California...

The video ends with the song, Matroshka (The Ornament), performed by Dredg, that appears on the album Catch Without Arms (2005) and on the album Live At The Fillmore (2006).
